I seriously wish everyone knew about this

Works Great!

Ive been using this app for over 3 years now. VERY unhappy!!! Im a serious runner and I use this to track times distances etc. This app is a CRASH machine. Ive been through several fixes on several devices with multiple OSs. One thing is consistent. It crashes at least once a week. Tech support has done nothing to resolve this issue after several attempts. Not only does it crash, it has dumped my profile and all data in the phone no less than four times. The new company, Blue Fin Software hasnt even responded to my issues. Ive been very patient with these guys but over the course of over three years now they still have not been able to get this app to demonstrate even the minimum acceptable degree of stability. This is the first app that Ive ever rated. It would get negative stars from me if it were possible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Ive used this ap for over 3 years and loved it. All of the sudden it doesnt work. It keeps crashing mid run. I check my pace/splits occassionally during the run and 2-3 miles in I find that the ap is no longer running! This is NOT cool! If they dont get it fixed Ill be on to a different ap. Ive never written a review, thats how bad this ap has become!

As others have recently stated, this used to be a great app. Within the last three weeks this app CRASHES within 3 to 4 minutes into a run or walk. It is extremely frustrating when you are having to constantly look at your phone to ensure it hasn’t crashed. Each time it happens I press the button to “Send Report” but I have not seen an update to fix whatever bugs it currently has. Please fix it soon or i will move on to a new app.

I’ve been comparing nine different apps for the past year and this one has some great functions. Unfortunately if an app crashes it can be very frustrating especially if you like tracking your progress.

My critique is two fold. First, the distance is consistently off by .2 of mile. I have compared the distance, pace and time to my Garmin forerunner, as well as distance with my car. My car and Garmin match distance covered, while the Run Tracker Pro is off by .2-.3 of a mile. This is a big difference and creates problems in managing time/pace over distance for training. Secondly, it crashes too frequently. As a result, I stopped using Run Tracker Pro. The only nice features is sharing my activities with others. I hesitate to recommend this app given these two problems.

I dont know what has changed in this app. It used to work flawlessly. Now it is grossly inaccurate, and crashes consistently. Ive attempted to contact "support" for possible fixes.... NOTHING ... Move on to another app

Worked ok at first, now it unexpectedly closes and deletes my run every time. Im deleting it and moving on.

Had the app for two runs. Both times I used it it didnt calculate pace or mileage. Switched to another running app that was free and it works like a charm. Synching to Training Peaks with RunKeeper is awesome. Save your money and buy a few songs!

Was gonna write a review that I love it and suits what I need, then it prefilled a review for me. Very weird. But whatevs

No crashing for me. In fact I switched from a few others because they were crashing and this one wasnt. Much more stable and accurate for me. And I like the auditory updates. Helps me keep my pace up.

I have been using Run Tracker for abut 3 years pretty much without issue from iOS 6 to (the current) 8.4. Don’t recall any crashing in that time and I’m not anal enough to quibble over any minor irregularities in precise distance measurements. If anything, it has underestimated distance. The only current issue with this app is that under iOS 8.4 the built-in music player trumps the Music App completely ignoring my customized Shuffle. I won’t knock Bluefin for that since there hasn’t been an update post-8.4, but this is something that should be addressed in the next revision. Overall, I am very pleased with this app.

Could not even set up a profile. The app wanted me to sign up for another thing in order for me to move forward. Waste of $!

I like this app. I just started using it again - hasnt crashed yet. Only problem is it cintinues to run & eat up battery in the background. My fix has been to close it completely (background too) when I finish. Uses the battery pretty fast. Other than that, its great.
